From the very start, I’ve had the spirit of an entrepreneur. Even while working in sales for powerhouse companies like Johnson & Johnson, I knew my true calling was carving my own path. That drive moved me to Cincinnati, where I first discovered the thrill of forging my destiny.

My entrepreneurial journey took off when I spotted a gap in the market – vehicle accessories were scarce in my area. So, armed with an idea and a magazine full of car add-ons, I opened Pickups Plus. That venture into the franchising world was my first taste of success, blending passion with opportunity.

As my journey ascended, so did my aspirations. Steering my businesses, including elevating one from
$2 million to $15 million in 18 years, afforded me the freedom to pursue a lifelong passion – aviation. In 2014, I realized a childhood dream by earning my Private Pilot License, a testament to the liberation and opportunities that business ownership can provide.

Today, having sailed the seas and soared to the skies, my mission as a franchise consultant is crystal clear. With years of business acumen under my belt, I stand ready to be the wingman for those embarking on their entrepreneurial flight, guiding them through the vast skies of franchise ownership.

I’ll guide you through understanding these exit strategies, which may include a franchisor buyback program, similar to how I exited my first business, or selling your franchise to an independent buyer, much like I did with the 2nd one. Navigating these options requires a clear understanding of your obligations and rights, and I’m here to ensure you have the support to transition smoothly and efficiently.

Deciding on a franchise is a significant financial decision, and investment levels can vary widely based on the type and scale of the franchise. You can find opportunities from as little as $10,000 to over $1 million. The investment goes beyond mere figures; it encompasses your time, resources, and commitment level.
